Curated Nilgiris operates as an editorial discovery platform focused on presenting meaningful and thoughtfully curated representations of businesses and experiences across the Nilgiris region.

Editorial Independence
Curated Nilgiris maintains complete editorial independence in selecting, presenting, and categorizing listings on the Platform. Inclusion on the Platform is determined through internal review and alignment with the platform’s curation principles.

Curation Standards
Listings featured on the Platform are evaluated based on a combination of qualitative considerations including originality, authenticity, quality of experience, craftsmanship, cultural relevance, and contribution to the local economy.
The Platform prioritizes thoughtful discovery rather than exhaustive directory listings.

Accuracy of Information
Businesses submitting information are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the details provided. While Curated Nilgiris may conduct reasonable verification where possible, the Platform cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.

Editorial Modification
Curated Nilgiris reserves the right to edit descriptions, adjust categories, and modify presentation of listings to maintain editorial consistency across the Platform.

Removal of Listings
Listings may be modified or removed if information becomes inaccurate, misleading, outdated, or inconsistent with the Platform’s editorial standards.

 
BUSINESS SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

Business Submission Agreement
This agreement applies to businesses or individuals submitting information to Curated Nilgiris for consideration on the Platform.

Submission Process
Businesses may submit information through the Platform’s submission form. Submission does not guarantee inclusion on the Platform and all listings are subject to editorial review.
 
Accuracy and Ownership
By submitting information, businesses represent and warrant that:
• the information provided is accurate and truthful
• submitted images and content are owned by the submitter or used with proper permission
• the business operates within the Nilgiris district

License to Publish
By submitting information or content to Curated Nilgiris, businesses grant Curated Nilgiris a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit, display, and promote the submitted content on the Platform and associated digital channels.

Editorial Discretion
Curated Nilgiris retains full editorial discretion regarding whether a business is included on the Platform, how the listing is presented, and how it is categorised within the Platform.

Listing Modification or Removal
Curated Nilgiris reserves the right to modify, update, or remove listings if information becomes inaccurate or inconsistent with Platform standards.
